By downloading, accessing, or using the FlatFlick app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Reward Coins System

Users can earn FlatFlick Coins by participating in daily check-ins, referring friends, writing verified reviews, and other designated activities. 1 coin carries a redemption value of ₹1 exclusively for partner rewards and coupons, subject to minimum redemption rules. Coins have no real-world monetary cash value and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. FlatFlick reserves the right to modify the coin economy, expire coins, or revoke coins in cases of suspected fraud.

3. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the properties you list and the reviews you post. You agree not to post fake listings, misleading photos, or abusive content. FlatFlick reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms.

4. Disclaimers

FlatFlick acts solely as a platform to connect property seekers with property owners/tenants. We do not own, manage, or endorse any of the properties listed. All rental agreements are strictly between the user and the property owner.
