We use your information to operate the FlatFlick platform, match you with relevant properties or flatmates, and manage our reward coin system. Phone numbers are securely used for authentication (via OTP) and contact unlocking between tenants and owners. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account directly within the FlatFlick app by navigating to Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account. This process requires OTP verification and will permanently delete your personal information, properties, and reward coins from our active databases.

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled securely, and all data transmissions are encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
